#7000-N Silkhair Print & Diversa Winged Edge Top
When you simply want to knit and purl and worry about nothing other than seeing color change…..this top is for you. The two pieces are worked from the bottom up keeping Silkhair the same and changing Diversa every few inches. There is no body shaping except for the crew neck shaping on the front. When done, sew the shoulders closed and slip the top on your body. You can leave the sides completely open but the top will not stay in place. For our design, we had our model stand in front of a mirror and gather the front and back on both side where she felt comfortable. We pinned about 3” and she tried it on again. It gave the body some shape and covers the side enough to make sure you don’t show through the side. If you want the garment closed, mark you would want sleeves and sew from that point down. This is also beautiful and you have a place for your arms to come through.
