When I heard that we would be crocheting the 5 Star Beanie Hat for the Alaskan Crochet Cruise, I just knew I would need to have a matching cowl. It is actually more of a neck warmer and would be perfect for those really cold winter days. I am not really a hat person, but will wear one if I know I’ll be cold. Here is what I came up with using the same stitch. See how perfect it matches the hat? I think I scared Mikey a bit though.

Substitute any worsted weight yarn for a different look.
