Additional Instructions:
With right sides together, use a whip stitch seam for the shoulders.

Seam the sides of the vest with a slip stitch joining the beginning of the seam, then repeat *ch 2, sl joining the two sides through the next row intersection,* ch 2, sl joining the end of the seam.
