36 on 3-6
I was working on this design on my birthday this year, and my mom pointed out that I turned 36 on 3-6. I thought that was pretty special, and would be a nifty name for my latest shawl!
36 on 3-6 is a top down shawl, a cross between a true triangle or a true half circle shape, and shaped at the top so the shawl will stay put on your shoulders. If you prefer, you can block this shawl to be more of a traditional triangle shape.
You can use any yarn, any weight, & any gauge that makes you happy!
Shawl in the bright sunflower orange photos was made using exactly 2 skeins of Brown Sheep Cotton Fleece yarn, & measures 25” deep by 52” across.
