Gauge: 16 sts and 20 rows = 4” in stockinette stitch on US Size 9 needle

Needles/Notions: US Size 8 and 9 needles, or size needed to obtain gauge, 16” circular size 8 needle for neck finishing, yarn needle, stitch holders.
