This is a triangular shawl WORKSHOP I have used for classes. You can work it on your own or maybe with a friend or two with these instructions. It begins with a tab cast on and has a centre spine with increases on either side. This shawl will be wider than it is tall. It begins with a small triangle (Tier I) which you can work in stockinette stitch or garter stitch. Then you add another set of markers and increase points for Tier 2. Change colour and/OR work different textured or lace patterns in the 4 sections between the markers. Tier 3 adds one more opportunity to change up the stitch patterns and the colour. There is a list of stitch patterns to try out. You can knit this shawl over and over so that it looks different each time.
