#252 Annalisse
Whether you consider this lovely piece a stole, wrap, or generous scarf – its softness and lightweight warmth will surely win you over.
A fancier lace stitch with nupps, arching pairs of eyelets, and little floral lace motifs is used for the first section of the stole. The lace in the middle is a simpler, but equally elegant and pretty, lace design that echoes elements of the fancier lace, yet stands on its own merit. The stole then ends with a lace stitch that mirrors the first.
All 3 lace patterns are fully charted and written out. And after a good blocking, their true beauty comes out, rewarding you with a stunning lace accessory that will become a modern heirloom piece.
Knitting the nupps is explained with the pattern stitch instructions. The nupps can be omitted, if you prefer.
