Hello, I’m Holly from Holly Woodward Designs!

I first learnt to knit when I was about 11 years old from early YouTube tutorials and spent months and months making scarves! At 14, I learnt to crochet at a lovely yarn shop in my home town of Doncaster and that’s where the obsession began. Fast forward to 2020 - I’m 24, still obsessed with yarn and trying my hand at designing and distributing my very own patterns. I remember the feeling of accomplishment when I had just about managed to work a double crochet or a row of knitting and it’s still very much there when I finish a brand new design!

As a large gal myself (UK size 20/Bust 117cm) it’s incredibly important that my designs are not only made to fit bodies of all shapes and sizes, but they look great on everyone too.

If I’m not crocheting (and that’s pretty rare) you can find me with my head in a book or frantically scribbling up pattern ideas and notes. I love food, so you can often find me in the kitchen or scouring Yorkshire for the best vegan eats!
