The With All My Heart Preemie dress was designed for an Angel Baby Service Project that I challenged followers on my blog to get involved in with their local hospitals if available.
This dress is worked from the top down with a lace skirt and the option for a solid skirt under the lace. It is quick to work up, requires very little yarn such as Caron Simply Soft or Red Heart Soft and a size H crochet hook.

There are many stitch placement photos to help and an advanced beginner should be able to follow this pattern.

This pattern has been tested by many experienced crocheters for accuracy.
