KT and the Squid sock yarn
MC: 340 yards
CC 1: 40yards
CC 2: 55 yards
CC 3: 75 yards

For the sample, the colors used are as follows:
Main color: Chloe
Contrasting color 1: Dawn
Contrasting color 2: Slate
Contrasting color 3: Danica
