When I first started working at Knitique, my local yarn store, we had this adorable knit fingerless mitts that had ridges at the cuffs. I have yet to see anything like it as a crochet pattern. Since crochet is so functional for three dimensional designs, I thought I would try my hand at creating crochet welts. And voila! these stylish mitts were born.
