This is the eighteenth in a series of 24 linked patterns to be published daily in December 2016. The pattern for the box shaped like a book is published separately.

These curtains add the finishing touch to the window. The ‘gather’ halfway down is knitted in as you go and the curtains are only sewn down lightly to add to their fullness.
