The Muffin-Top Beanie
That marvelous muffin-top shape elevates the simple beanie to a stylish accessory. Perfect proportions are this beanie’s recipe for success. The hat can be worn with the muffin-top fullness straight up or draped to the side like a beret.
The PDF pattern contains step-by-step instructions to crochet the Muffin-Top Beanie in six sizes from Extra Small to Extra Extra Large. Finished measurements are 20 in./51 cm to 25 in./63.5 cm in circumference at bottom edge.
The pattern uses worsted weight yarn with a gauge of 12 sc = 4 in./10 cm. Worked in rounds, the hat uses spiral construction.
OTHER INFO:
The 4-page PDF pattern, which uses U.S. crochet terms, also includes photos of a special finishing technique and links to my website for additional stitch information.
Kudos and thanks to the Ravelry group Free Pattern Testers for trying out this design for me.
