NOTE ABOUT THE PATTERN
This beanie’s height is adjustable
All you have to do is knit more rows before working the crown decreases

NOTE ABOUT YARN
The folding sections are knitted using 2 strands of mohair
Mohair can be substituted by another yarn; ideally “lace” yarn blend
If you decide to do so, then keep in mind that the folding section will be thicker than shown on my sample (except if you chose “lace” yarn blend which is as light as mohair and will also be knitted double)

YARN RECOMMENDED
1 skein of “BFL DK” from Robledal - Color A
100% SW Bluefaced Leicester
100 gr / 226 mt / 247 yd
Color used for this sample : Confessions

2 balls of “Ito Sensai” from Ito Yarns - Color B
(2 strands of yarn held together)
60% Mohair / 40% Silk
20 gr / 240 mt / 262 yd
Color used for this sample : Glacier

GAUGE
10 cm x 10 cm (4 inches x 4 inches) = 22 stitches and 24 rows
(sample worked in stockinette stitch pattern, with circular needle 4mm, using Color A and not blocked)

MEASUREMENTS
After a very light wet blocking : 48cm (circumference) x 24cm (height)
