Summertime Tee
Summer is on the way here in Southern California and I was in the mood to design another Tee Top. This is a shape I have done before and it’s quite popular with the customers at The Little Knittery in Atwater Village, where I work. It’s an easy project yet the stripe stitch pattern gives it a little something special.
SIZE: XS (S, M, L, XL)
TO FIT BUST: X Small 28-30” (Small, 32-34”; Medium, 36-38”; Large 40-42”; XL 44-46”
FINISHED MEASUREMENTS: 16 (18, 20, 22, 24)” wide at bust, 19.5 (20, 20.5, 21, 21.5)” long
YARN: Berroco Modern Cotton; 60% Prima Cotton, 40% Modal Rayon. 209 yds, 191m, 3.5 oz, 100g. 3 (3, 3, 3, 4) balls of color 1601 Sandy Point (A), 1 ball of color 1603 Piper (B)
GAUGE: 18 st & 27 rows = 4”, in stitch pattern stripe
TOOLS: US 7 needle, 4.5 mm, yarn needle
