Split Decision Wrap
Split Decision starts with the center diamond that is knit in the round. Then both sides are knit flat out from diamond one side at a time from live stitches, no picking up stitches. You can use your favorite needles to knit in the round but the sides are knit flat. There is a built in I-cord as you knit on each edge. There is a chart for the center diamond only and written directions for it all.
It is very easy to adjust the length by adding or taking away pattern repeats.
You will need 2 colors to make this;
Color A (shown in Black) 150 grams, about 650 yards (594m) fingering weight yarn. (I used exactly 138 grams for model shown)
Color B (shown in Crazy Zauberball color 2095) 100 grams
459yds, (420m) fingering weight yarn. (I used 94 grams exactly for model shown)
Size:
Point to point 76” (193cm) x 19” (48cm)
56” (142cm) x 19” (48cm) along straight edge only,
Blocking can vary with different yarns used. I knit it a second time and it blocked out a bit bigger. point to point - 80 x 23, straight edge - 60” x 23”
Thank you to my testers AJHC Wools, and Quilt46. Thank you yarnwitch for modeling.
