Six Frills
Three frills, five designs, eight patterns. The picture on the left shows a scarf consisting of three strands, showing three of the five designs.
However, it is very easy (and pretty) to knit a scarf in one of the patterns only. The choice is yours.
Each of the eight patterns is perfect to show off a particularly precious or intricately coloured yarn, like the Koigu yarns shown on the left. However, any 4-ply or sock yarn can be used, and if you adapt the size of the needles,
then any thickness of yarn can be used. Just keep in mind: the thicker the yarn, the more bulky the resulting scarf.
