Shoreline Scarf

Designed to use the whole of a single skein of special, hand painted, multicoloured yarn, this simple garter stitch lace scarf produces ripples of colour divided by columns of eyelets.
A variant of feather and fan, this is an extremely simple 2-row pattern, one of which is knit so there is only one row to memorise. An open stitch worked on larger needles, it also makes a single skein go a long way, so you can use less than a full skein for a proportionately shorter scarf.
