Point Pleasant Shawl
Just one cake of color changing yarn is used to crochet this shawl, approximately 400 yds of a fingering weight yarn is needed.
This easy to work up shawl features a lacy cluster shell pattern, perfect for a light spring or summer layer addition to your wardrobe. Make it all in one color, or use a fading color change to have the yarn do all the work for you.
The color-fading cake used to make this shawl is part of the Wonderland Yarns Blossom club, and this colorway is named “Atlas Moth”. Playing off that, I decided to name the shawl “Point Pleasant”, after the WV town where locals have reported seeing a “Mothman”.
Shawl measures approximately 58” across wingspan, and 22” from tip to top.
