Pigneto Socks
Pigneto Socks are knitted cuff down on a long circular needle. The cuff has a fan pattern, knitted using twisted stitches. The vertical twisted rib lines continue throughout the sock. Both charts and written instructions are provided.
Sizes
S (60 sts); M (66 sts)
Finished measurements
Foot circumference 16.5 (18.5) cm/ 6.5 (7.25) inches. Foot length adjustable.
Yarn
Approximately 65-75g or 260-300 meters /285-330 yards of fingering weight sock yarn. The CC cuff uses approximately 15g of yarn.
Samples are knit in laurelknits SuperSock (85% Superwash Merino, 15% Nylon; 400 meters / 440 yards per 100g).
Needles
2.5 mm/US 1.5 long circular needle or size needed to obtain gauge
Gauge
36 sts and 51 rnds = 10cm /4 inches worked in stockinette stitch, in the round, without stretching, blocked.
