Phoebe Shawl
It is an asymmetric triangle worked in Tunisian crochet. It begins with a short end that builds into a triangle with an increase worked at the end of each row. It is a color block stripe with each new color introduced within a few rows of transitioning to that next color. Tassels can be made with leftover yarn.
This is an intermediate pattern.
