Paris, 1919
The patterning on this sock was inspired by the wrought iron gates and balconies of Paris, the spirit of peace brought to the Versailles talks after the first world war, and the music of John Cale. Reminiscent of a fashionable Parisian lady’s delicate stockings, the vertical motifs are flattering to any foot.
This pattern was part of the Illuminations sock club which is now an ebook.
