Panda Tea Cosy and Toy
Designed as a tea cosy with the option to convert into a toy.
DK / 8 ply yarn used double (2 strands together) is kniitted flat with 5.5 mm needles for the body and head, and then singly on 4 mm needles for the rest of the panda (making the body double thickness keeps the tea warmer).
There is information on how to make i-cords and plenty of photos to show how to make the panda.
The pattern also includes instructions for a slightly different body and a base, to turn the cosy into a soft toy.
