Inspired by my love of the herringbone stitch…
The Old Soul beanie features a simple stranded colorwork pattern in three distinct colors, to playfully mimic a herringbone motif. This hat is designed to fit with a bit of slouch and is offered in four sizes ranging from toddler to adult large.

Finished width measured flat (unstretched)
7.5 (9, 10, 11)” / 19 (23, 25, 28) cm. intended to fit with 1” (2.5 cm) negative ease from head size.

MC: 55 (60, 65, 70 ) yards / 50 (54, 59, 63) meters
CC1: 40 (45, 50, 55 ) yards / 36 (41, 45, 54) meters
CC2: 25 (30, 35, 40 ) yards / 23 (27, 32, 36) meters

Gauge: 18 sts/ 25 rounds per 4” (10cm) in stranded colorwork stockinette stitch
