Ogee Shawl
A quick textured right triangle shawl, wrapping alternating ribs to form a lattice of ‘ogee’ curve motifs.
Materials: 2 skeins Gusto Wool Olio, shown in 2303
Dimensions: 48”/122 cm straight edge x 28”/71 cm deep x
52”/132 cm wingspan, blocked
Needles: US 8/5 mm needles (any length to accommodate sts);
or size needed to obtain gauge
Notions: Tapestry needle, stitch markers as needed
Gauge: 24 sts x 24 rows in Wrapped Rib stitch = 4’’/10 cm
square, gauge is not crucial but will affect yarn
usage
Skill Level: Easy
Techniques: I-cord edging, I-cord bind off, Wrapped stitches
