Ribberto is a sometimes grumpy frog, but is very partial to cuddles! The frog pieces are knit in garter stitch in a fleecy chunky yarn, which creates a super soft textured fabric.

Designed by Amanda Berry @fluffandfuzz, the frog is knit in chunky weight yarns on single pointed needles (not in the round).

NEEDLES
A pair of 4.5mm single pointed knitting needles (US 7).

RECOMMENDED YARN
King Cole Cuddles Chunky (100% polyester); three 50g/125m skeins in green, and one 50g/125m skein in each of White and Yellow.

NOTIONS
Tapestry needle, toy filling, toy safety eyes and stitch markers.

SIZES
One size only - The frog’s body measures 30cm long x 24cm wide. With legs outstretched the frog measures 66cm wide at the widest point.

TECHNIQUES
For confident beginners and above, other techniques used include casting on and off, knits, increases and decreases, and seaming to finish.
