S- 31-34 inches (78.7-86.4 cm)
M- 35-38 inches (88.9-96.5 cm)

XL- 43-46 inches (109.2-116.8 cm)

• 2.75mm crochet hook

• 3/4 inch elastic 1 inch (2.5 cm) less than the length of your natural waist measurement
