Leafing Town Scarf
Inspired by countryside drives along winding roads, the Leafing Town Scarf features rows of multi-colored leaves in luscious greens and blues.
Construction: The scarf is worked flat in two pieces each beginning with a provisional cast on and ending with the Frilled Standard bind off. The two pieces are then joined by unraveling the provisional cast on and joined using the 3-Needle Bind Off.
Skill Level: Intermediate
Size: Length 70” x width 8”
Gauge: 16 sts and 24 rows = 4” 10 cm in St st after wet blocking
Yarn: Malabrigo Rastita (100% Merino; 309 yards 283 meters/100 grams): Aguas (1 ball)
Needles: US size (5.0 mm) 16” straight
Notions: Stitch holders, cable needle (optional), scrap yarn, tapestry needle/crochet hook to weave in ends.
