These Hugs are made as a tribute to Larkin to be donated to A Way Out, an agency in Coudersport PA which provides support to victims, survivors, and families of domestic violence and sexual assault through ethical, culturally competent, and compassionate services.

Youghiogheny Yarns will donate $5 of every skein sold of Larkin’s Legacy to A Way Out.

Larkin Hayman was a legal advocate for clients in her time at A Way Out. She was a strong advocate for those in need and fought for those less fortunate. That is evidenced by her work to pass the Pennsylvania Bar Exam and eventually work as an assistant public defender for Lycoming County before her untimely death in 2023. While she had all the human frailties found in those she left behind, she lived fiercely and fearlessly. She saw wrong and tried to right it.
