Lacy Easter Egg Doily
Bruges Lace sets the stage for an Easter egg-shaped doily that’s perfect for the season. And then embellished with crochet flora and a sweet little Easter bunny peeking out above the center rose. This pretty doily would be beautiful appliqued to a pillow for Easter.
Materials:
• 1 (150-yd) ball 100% cotton thread, size 10 (white)
• Sm amt 100% cotton thread, size 10 ea (pink, yellow, lavender, green & blue)
• Steel crochet hook size 8 (1.50 mm)
• Crochet hook size E/4 (3.50 mm)
Finishing Materials:
• Tapestry needle for ends
• Glue gun/glue
• 2 miniature squiggly eyes
• 1 miniature brown pompom (for eyes)
Finished Size: 7” W x 7 ½” L
Gauge: Not important to over all size / 2 rows Bruges lace = ½” T
Skill Level: Challenging
