JEWEL is a fun-to-knit double bandana cowl that can also be worn as a scarf. Each end is worked flat separately and joined in the center with a 3-Needle Bind-Off, then seamed at the neck. Starting with a waste yarn CO, the V shape is created using German Short Rows, and an I-Cord Bind-off creates a smooth, rounded edge. The options for fabrics and colors are endless, especially if you use different yarns and colors for each side—or use a precious skein for a single cowl by making only one side!
