Helmikuu
by Anna Kuduja
Helmikuu means “February” in Finnish. We are already looking forward to the next month. Literally, it means “month of pearls” (helmi “pearl” + kuu “month”).
Any mohair yarn 50 g/180-200 m is suitable. The gauge is not critical. You can use any yarn that is nice for cables. In mohair cables are airy and soft but merino or wool gives a more textured look.
If you are a relative beginner and want to try cables, this may be something for you.
