High up in the Dunnerdale fells above the hamlet of Seathwaite is a hidden farm called Grassguards. Reached only by intrepid walkers or off-road vehicles the winding access road passes through dense woods and then crosses an ancient ford. The water streaming across the mossy cobbles inspired this wave-like pattern, but unlike the original it is far more accessible.
This unisex toe-up pattern is written for the magic loop method of circular knitting but may easily be adapted to your preferred method of knitting in the round.
