This happy little frog loves hanging out at their favourite pad (a lily pad of course). Designed by Amanda Berry @fluffandfuzz, the frog is knitted in acrylic DK yarns on single pointed needles (not in the round).

NEEDLES
A pair of 3mm single pointed knitting needles (US 2.5).

RECOMMENDED YARN
Sirdar Hayfield Bonus DK; double knitting/light worsted weight; 100% acrylic; less than a 100g/280m skein in each colour.

NOTIONS
Tapestry needle, toy filling, 8mm domed buttons for eyes, a stitch holder and a button for the waistcoat.

SIZES
One size only - 33cm tall.

TECHNIQUES
For confident beginners and above, other techniques used include casting on and off, knits, purls, increases and decreases, knitting stripes, and seaming to finish.
