Light and airy, this boxy deep v-neck cardigan is created within a stockinette-based fabric stitch pattern. Choose to work it with low or high contrast, or even in a single color. Either way, the texture will make it pop. Buttonband is worked alongside the sweater for simple & minimal finishing and stripes are worked intarsia. Sweater is worked from the bottom up with charted neckline shaping and drop-shoulder style seamless sleeves. Primary stitch pattern is worked throughout body and sleeves and is written as well as charted. View the beautiful array of projects from my preview knitters here.

- Taking accurate body measurements
- Calculate your perfect sleeve length according to the level of ease in the size you chose. This tutorial uses examples from this design but the worksheet can be used for any number of other
projects as well. - Calculating Yardage: want to make a shorter or longer sweater? Use this tutorial to calculate the yardage, so you know how much more or less yarn you’ll need.
- Weaving in loose ends
- One Row Buttonhole (written
instructions are in your pattern, but I’ve got this video tutorial as well)

Make this design according to your personal preferences by working it solid or in two colors.
- With two beautiful yarns, shown here in Biches & Buches Le Gros Silk & Mohair in Extra Pale Pink with Lavender Lune Yarn Co. Slub in Flutter, you’ll have a smooshy fuzzy wavy striped finish. It’ll be suitable for truly chilly days.
- When worked solid in a merino based fiber, shown here in Magpie Fibers Swanky DK, your texture will pop even more, and your finished cardigan will have more drape. It’ll be suitable for milder weather.
