Felted Mittens
Just in case you wanted to knit the mittens to match with your wren! !
These mittens are knitted then lightly felted in the most beautiful of yarns with the most exquisite colour shades and delicately embroidered with a simple motif leaving you with a very warm and soft yet feminine pair of mittens.
Knitted in the round - I’ve suggested using dpns but you could use a pair of short circulars also.
And with a simple pattern to add a little texture.
The cuff I’ve designed to be either worn as an extra length to the mitten or tucked in at the picot edge to give a thicker, extra-warm cuff.
A nice-new-year-knit-to-do - or get-ahead-with-next-year’s-Christmas-presents make!!
Why not!
