This 5 ply woollen cowl has edges of 2 colour single rib, sections of pattern where the stitch count is less than 3 (making it easier for the beginner knitter to use 2 colours per round without dealing with floats) and three bands of hearts.

Fair Isle Hearts would also suit a tonal background for colour C with a solid colour for the hearts and geometrics for A and B. Go wild with your colour choices!

Provision has been made for a larger circumference if you prefer.
Height of model is 23cm/9” and circumference after blocking is 56cm/22”.
