We used 5 skeins of Blue Sky Fibers Organic Worsted Cotton in #624 “Indigo” (main color) and #614 “Drift” (dot color).
Hooks: US H / 5 mm hook
US J / 6 mm hook
or sizes needed to obtain gauges
Notions: 1 locking stitch marker, darning needle, scissors
Gauges: 4 stitches & 4.25 rounds per inch in single crochet with smaller hook and one strand before blocking
3.25 stitches & 3 rounds per inch in single crochet through the back loop with larger hook and two strands held together before blocking
Measurements: 16” wide, 4” deep, and 14” tall
Sizes: one size, though pattern can be easily modified to make a taller bag, or different sized straps.
