This warm cardigan can double as a great fall jacket. Neck and front bands are worked in seed stitch as part of the body: no need to pick up stitches! The simple style makes it easy to knit and to wear; overlapping fronts keep cold winds away.

Materials
5 (5, 5, 6, 6, 6, 7, 7) skeins Beaverslide Dry Goods 90% Wool / 10% Kid Mohair (90% merino, 10% kid mohair; approx 241 yds per 4 oz skein) in Glacier Shadow
Approx 970 (1065, 1165, 1240, 1300, 1400, 1450, 1515) yds.
One 29” circular needle size US 8 (5 mm)
One 29” circular needle size US 9 (5.5 mm)
One set double pointed needles size US 9 (5.5 mm)
Or size needed to obtain gauge.
Stitch markers
Large stitch holders or waste yarn
Two 1” buttons (for fronts) and one flat 1” button (for inside)
Gauge:16 sts and 23 rows = 4” in Stockinette stitch with larger needle
Although this yarn is listed as worsted weight, I consider it more of a heavy worsted/ aran weight.
