Bunny Appliqués
My apartment-dwelling, grad student niece has the most adorable bunny; such a cute and soulful creature. These bunnies are inspired by that delicious, soft, brown beauty.
Using dk and an E/3.5mm hook, Profile Bunny is 4.75”/12cm long including tail and 2.5”/6.3cm high and uses 11 to 15 yards/10 to 14m of yarn, Circle Bunny is 3.5”/8.9cm H x 2” W and Medium Bunny is 4.5”/11.4cm H x 2”/5cm W.
Medium Bunny and Circle Bunny use 3-5 yards of yarn.
Gauge is not critical for these bunnies. You may shrink or grow them depending on your yarn and hook combination.
I recommend working them as tightly as possible -- using a hook a size or two smaller than that recommended for
the yarn weight.
