A somewhat slouchy toque with a completely reversible stitch pattern. The sample does not reflect this but the hat could be blocked as a beret if you prefer.

Quince and Co Finch 100 %wool; 221yards/202m/50g skein color: Honey; 1 skein

Needles
16” US 1/2.25mm circular needle, for ribbing

16” US 3/3.25mm circular needle,

Stitch marker(s), tapestry needle

Gauge
24 sts x 30 rows= 4” in pattern with larger needle
26 sts x 32 rows= 4” in stockinette stitch with larger needle

Notes
This stitch pattern does not lend its self to sizing so if you prefer a larger or looser hat sub a sport weight yarn- for example Quince and Co. Chickadee comes in the same palette as Finch.
