This is also a fun pattern to play with different ways to use ruffle yarn.
I used most of a skein of Lions Brand Ice Cream and a Partial of 2 skeins of ruffle yarn. The ruffle yarn mostly gets used for the pants but otherwise the 2 skeins of ruffle yarn will cover this whole project.
I used the 88 peg loom in the 3/8” gauge for the dress and I used the same loom for the pants.
