Blue Citrus tammy
The Blue Citrus tammy was designed to complete your Blue Citrus pullover look. A sweet warm addition to your cold weather wardrobe!
This is a pattern for a knitted tammy worked using the stranded colourwork technique. It is worked from the bottom rib up with decreases shaping the crown. The sample was worked in 3 colours, but you may use as many as you like!
yarn:
2 Ply Jumper Weight by, Jamieson & Smith
Fingering; 100% Shetland; 125yds (115m)/25g
approx. yarn amounts:
MC (141) - 18g; 90yds (83m); CC1 (202) - 15g; 75yds
(69m)
CC2 (80) - 23g; 115yds (106m)
needles:
2.75mm (us no 2) circular or DPNs, 16in/41cm and DPNs
6in/15cm
3.25mm (us no 3) circular, 16in/41cm and DPNs 6in
/15cm
gauge: 32 sts x 32 rows = 4in/10cm
measured over stranded stockinette on larger needles
approximate finished size:
one size fits most; 21-25 in/53cm-63.5 cm head
additional tools:
needle to weave in ends, st marker
