Positive ease: This sweater has a positive ease at approximately 30 cm, depending on your bust circumference. When deciding which size to knit, choose the one which corresponds to your own actual bust circumference.
Full length, measured CF below the neckline:
- Long version: 52 (54) 56 (58) 60 (62) 64 (66) cm.
- Short version: 42 (44) 46 (48) 50 (52) 54 (56) cm.
Gauge: 10 sts x 15 rows = 10 x 10 cm in Stockinette Stitch at needle size 9 mm (after washing).
Needle size: 2 different needles sizes are used, when knitting the sweater.
Circular needle 8 mm (the length 60 cm is recommended).
Circular needle 9 mm (the lengths 40, 60, and 80 are recommended).
Method: The sweater is knitted top-down in the round, in Stockinette Stitch. The yoke is shaped by a series of raglan increases, whilst the body and sleeves are knitted straight down. All edges of the sweater is finished by a transverse I-cord.
Yarn: The sweater is knitted with 2 threads held together:
- 1st thread: “Natur Uld” in the colour “4530”, Hjertegarn (100 m per 100 g).
- 2nd thread: “Silk Kid Mohair”, in the colour “1045”, Hjertegarn (210 m per 25 g).
