So you can go there and make these shorts free (as well as many other patterns)… or if you are the type of person who likes to have a written pattern,
then it is available here for a nominal cost of $1.50 to help offset the incredible amount of time and energy involved in producing videos and pdf patterns. (Many pdf patterns alone take up to a week to produce, and videos, much longer.)

You will need a size 6.5 mm crochet hook, and worsted weight yarn, and a pair of pants that fit the person for whom you are making the shorts. (Or any pants in the correct size.)
