EASY BEGINNER PATTERN, KNIT ON STRAIGHT NEEDLES. Works up very quickly using 2 strands of worsted weight, or you could substitute a chunky yarn.

FLOWER PATTERN ALSO INCLUDED.

You will need worsted weight yarn, and one pair of size 8mm knitting needles (US 11)
I have also included a video link on how to sew a seam in knitted hats.

The flower is also very easy to knit, and step by step photos are included in the pattern.
