1-3 yrs: 105 yds; 3-5 yrs: 140 yds; 5-8 yrs: 150 yds; 8-12 yrs: 160 yds; Adult: 210 yds

I used a 5 mm hook and 100% cotton worsted yarn, but you could use acrylic yarn; it might not be as cool though.

The demo is size Adult, as is the written pattern below the video in the 1st comment; but this pattern on Ravelry has all sizes from 1 year right up to Adult size.
