#295 Analia Cowl
As the seasons shift, this delicate cowl is just right for those in-between temperatures. A very pretty combination of delicate lace and intertwining cable panels is knit from end to end, and then sewn to form the cowl.
The sample is knit in a supremely soft alpaca blend that drapes beautifully and feels wonderful to knit with. It can easily be substituted with a different super soft fingering-weight yarn and requires only about 438 yards. The finished cowl is so lightweight and compact, it’s a great little accessory to travel with!
The lace is a 12-row repeat, while the cable panels are 24-row repeats. Both lace panels mirror each other, as do the outer cable panels. The center cable panel is a wider cable design that echoes the outer cable panels. See next page for a flat view of the stitch patterns.
Cable and Lace patterns are charted only.
