Hi there! My name is Kaitlin, and I am the designer behind Sass and Stitch Crochet. I started dabbling in crochet pattern design at the end of 2020, and now it has turned into my full-time job!

You’ll find a little bit of every kind of pattern here, but designing blankets is my love language!

I currently live in Kentucky with my husband, my son Ollie, and our Havanese dog, Sassy. We’re also expecting baby #2 this year! When I’m not crocheting, you can find me spending time with family, playing board games, going antique shopping, or sewing!

In 2024, I launched my first book, “The Art of Crochet with Sock Weight Yarn”, which includes 15 patterns designed with delicate, hand-dyed yarn. You can find the book linked on my Ravelry page!
